If there are energy and/or rent arrears, a loan can be granted upon request, provided that the necessary requirements according to § 36 of the Twelfth Book of the Social Code (SGB XII) are met.
The application must be submitted to the social welfare office of the responsible municipal, joint municipality or city administration at the place of residence. There you will also receive the corresponding form in paper form.
