Power surges in Odessa are associated with repair and restoration work in the southern part of the city.
As Dumskaya was informed in the municipal department of urban economy, at the moment part of the districts of Tairov, Cheryomushki and the territories adjacent to them are turned off. These areas also partially lack central heating and running water.
Power is expected to be restored by midnight.
