Bintang LA Lakers LeBron James managed to break the record for scoring the most points in history at NBA.
LeBron James achieved this record after scoring 36 points in the Lakers vs Oklahoma City Thunder duel at Crypto.com Arena, Los Angeles, Wednesday (8/2).
LeBron James, who has appeared in the NBA since 2003, has scored 38,388 points in the NBA. He managed to pass the record for most points which was originally held by Kareem Abdul Jabbar who posted 38,387 points.
Thus, LeBron James now holds the record for the most points in the NBA. This record can still be increased because the 38-year-old basketball player is still the mainstay of the Lakers.
Uniquely, the previous record holder Abdul Jabbar posted himself as the scorer of the most points while in Lakers uniform on April 5, 1984.
Even though the NBA has a series of stars after the Abdul Jabbar era like Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and Karl Malone. However, the three big names were unable to break Abdul Jabbar’s record.
Abdul Jabbar’s fantastic record just ended with the golden hands of LeBron James, who is now listed as one of the most popular athletes in the world.
LeBron James came to the NBA as the number one draft taken by the Cavaliers. LeBron James immediately showed his light as a young star since the first season. He was also chosen as the rookie of the year and continues to exist today.
Throughout his career, LeBron James defended the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers.
