Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Not long ago, Samsung just launched three variants of the Galaxy S23 with various advantages. One of them is the ‘jumbo’ 200 MP camera that is owned by the S23 Ultra.
The camera is equipped with the new ISOCELL HP2 sensor. With this lens, the best photo results are promised in low light conditions.
For those who are interested in buying it, they need to reach into their pockets a little deeper. Because Samsung sells its new cellphones starting from Rp. 20 million to Rp. 26 million.
But actually if you want to have it, there are a number of cellphones that have embedded a 200MP camera in it. The price is much cheaper than the S23 Ultra. Here’s the summary:
Moto X30 Pro/Edge 30 Ultra
The Moto X30 Pro was introduced in August 2022 in China. One month later, Motorola brought it to the global market under the name Motorola Edge 30 Ultra.
The company places 200MP with an ISOCELL HP 1 sensor and is accompanied by two lenses namely 50MP (ultrawide) and 12MP (telephoto). The recording sector is supported with 8K resolution at 30fps.
It doesn’t stop there, Motorola has also embedded a 60MP selfie lens. This is much bigger than what the S23 Ultra offers at 12MP.
The price is cheaper than that offered by the S23 Ultra, which is 900 euros or Rp. 14.7 million. There is no information yet on when the HP will be in Indonesia.
Infinix Zero Ultra
Infinix places a 200MP camera with an ISOCELL HP1 sensor from Samsung. The camera is equipped with stabilization and autofocus features.
The large camera is equipped with 13MP (ultrawide) and 2MP (depth) lenses. While on the front there is a 32MP selfie camera.
Debuted last October in Indonesia, Infinix Zero Ultra is priced quite cheap when compared to the S23 Ultra, which is IDR 6.4 million.
Xiaomi 12T Pro
Debuting last October, Xiaomi also placed a 200MP lens with ISOCELL HP 1. There are two other lenses on the back, namely 8MP (ultrawide) and 2MP (macro).
Meanwhile on the front there is a 20MP resolution camera. Xiaomi is also known to have released its regular variant in Indonesia, but without a 200MP camera. This cellphone has a 108MP camera and costs IDR 6.6 million.
Meanwhile, the Pro variant on the global market starts at 749 euros or around Rp. 12.2 million.
Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus
The 200MP camera is also present in lower-mid-range phones. Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus uses it with the ISOCELL HPX sensor.
There are two other sensors 8MP and 2MP to accompany the 200MP camera. This cellphone also has a 16MP front camera.
In India, these phones start at IDR 4.9 million for the 8GB/256GB variant. In addition, the 12GB + 256GB capacity costs IDR 5.4 million.
Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus is not yet available in Indonesia. However, from the TKDN page of the Ministry of Industry, it is suspected that there will be a Redmi Note 12 model with a 4G network that will be released in Indonesia.
