The head of the district explained how useful the orders for mobilization at the entrances of houses were.
In Kyiv, as throughout Ukraine, due to warsstarted by Russia, the process of mobilization continues. The people of Kiev are actively discussing the distribution of subpoenas in the city on social networks.
The TSN.ua website asked Serhiy Sadovyi, the chairman of the Goloseevskaya Regional State Administration, for clarification regarding the delivery of the subpoenas.
– Sergey Nikolaevich, how is the mobilization of citizens in the Goloseevsky district of Kyiv, which is considered one of the largest in the city?
– The mobilization of citizens in the Goloseevsky district is taking place according to the mobilization plan. This restricted information.
– In January, it was in the Goloseevsky district that orders began to appear on the doors of residential buildings demanding citizens to come to the recruitment centers (military registration and enlistment offices), which caused a great resonance in society. How did it help in mobilization?
– The announcements were purely informational. This situation helped to remind those liable for military service of their responsibility.
– Are the municipal workers of the district involved in the process of serving subpoenas, how many subpoenas do they have to deliver?
– Only representatives of the acquisition center distribute and hand in subpoenas.
– Specify, please, who else in the Goloseevsky district, except for the janitors, delivers summonses?
I still noted that Summons are served exclusively by representatives of the acquisition center.
– They write on the Web that the capital’s RGA should turn to enterprises with a demand to provide lists of conscripted workers. Is it so?
– The RGA cooperate with the enterprises of the district on mobilization and booking in accordance with the current legislation.
Recall that earlier on the web appeared video, where summonses are brought to the house by employees of the management company of the Dniprovsky district in Kyiv. Women dressed in communal uniforms explain that the task of carrying summons is prescribed in their job description, and the summons are handed over to them from the military registration and enlistment office.
We got through on the contact phone of the management company for servicing the housing stock of the Dniprovsky district. The operator confirmed to us that their employees distribute agendas.
“Yes, our janitors carry out subpoenas,” the operator confirmed to us.
