Jakarta –
TransJakarta installs barriers at entry Skywalk Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. Once this limiter is installed, the user skywalk that passes by is no longer necessary tap in or tap out.
“Yes, that’s right, a temporary limit was made so that those who wanted to go to Corridor 8 were separated,” said the Head of the Secretary Division TransJakarta Anang Rizkani Noor when asked for confirmation, Tuesday (7/2/2023).
User skywalk those who want to go to the KRL Station no longer need to pay Rp. 3,500 by way of tap in. Later officers will be placed at the entrance to direct users skywalk.
“That’s right, there are officers,” he explained.
Skywalk can only be passed by TransJ-KRL users
While the Head of Service DKI Jakarta Highways Hari Nugroho explained skywalk This can only be used by users who want to use one of the available modes of public transportation.
He said later officers in the field would ask the user’s purpose. If you just cross to the KRL Station from the direction of the bus stop, you won’t be charged a fee.
“Each tap in that, officer TransJakarta ask the passenger where he is going,” explained Hari.
“(Officer) asked, ‘What do you want to go up, from corridor 8? If you want to go to 13, tap please. You want to go to KCI, OK? You tap but it’s free’, because he only entered KCI that’s it,” he continued.
Hari again emphasized that the function of the Kebayoran Lama Skywalk is very different from the pedestrian bridge (JPO). This is because this suspension bridge is used to support the mobilization of TransJakarta and KRL passengers so that it cannot be used to simply cross.
“If the skywalk integrates intermodal passengers, it means that passengers who want to go to KCI enter, TransJ enters,” he said.
“Well, this is yesterday dibutin actually there is only one passenger, he wants to go to the train, KCI, but he tap from corridor 8, it should be free. I want to take the train, when I want to go there I have to pay for TransJakarta. So that’s the problem,” he said.
