Being two cultures that seem inseparable, love for video games and love for anime seem to be two cultures that always go hand in hand. It is not surprising that this situation later gave birth to a collaboration between two giant franchises across the media which was considered effective in generating more massive appeal for both. Just look at what Fortnite has achieved, which is now not difficult to bring together Naruto, Goku, and Boku no Hero in the same room. A strategy that Overwatch 2 also seems to want to do.
Overwatch 2 has finally officially introduced Season 3 via a new trailer that shows off all the new content that can be anticipated, from new maps and of course tons of skins for the various characters that exist. What’s interesting is of course the confirmation of the collaboration between One Punch Man and himself, which will be realized through Saitama’s signature outfit for none other than, Doomfist. The mix and match of the two of course feels right, even though Doomfist’s attacks never guarantee that he will be able to subdue any enemy with one hit.
This collaboration event with One Punch Man will be held between March 7 2023 – April 6 2023. There is no confirmation whether he will involve other characters or not. What do you think? Feel like interesting content?
