DUBAI, 6th February, 2020 (WAM) — DAMAC Properties announced the appointment of the “Chinese General Architecture Company” to start the basic construction work for the 71-storey “Cavali Tower” project, with a value of about 886 million dirhams.
Major construction work will commence on the residential tower owned by Damac in Dubai Marina, which, upon completion, will feature elegant interiors by renowned Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli and views of the Palm Jumeirah.
Mohammed Tahaina, General Manager of Projects at Damac Properties, said that Cavalli Tower is a qualitative addition to Damac Properties’ portfolio of luxury residential projects.
The Cavalli Tower was designed by architect Sean Kella, who won many prestigious international awards, and who previously supervised the design of the Museum of the Future in Dubai. The tower, which has a development value of about 2 billion dirhams, includes 436 housing units distributed over three sections.
