“When I was leaving for vacation, the cat peed in my suitcase and the dog jumped on the table – again. Their subtle message was clear,” Formanová commented jokingly, adding that her pet was definitely not happy about the departure.
The beautiful widow otherwise enjoyed the trip with her friend to the fullest and even let herself be immortalized in a swimsuit. Although Martina will turn 60 in three years, few would have guessed her age. In addition to fans, star colleagues such as Eva Holubová, Olga Menzelová or Marta Jandová also left laudatory comments under Formanová’s photo. Of course, Pavlína Pořízková was not left behind either, as she immediately shot a sexy video in the wild waves of the ocean.
It takes more time to stay in shape
“I tried to get out of the water swinging at the hips and sexy, but currents, waves and dips in the sand tripped me up. Oh, and my hip arthritis,” Pavlína Pořízková wrote on the recording, in which she showed off her perfect body.
“I’m going to be 58 soon and I couldn’t appreciate my body more. It takes a lot of work, especially my hips. Now I lift weights and have to exercise and I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a few years now. It takes a lot more time and effort to stay in shape, but it allows me to fully inhabit this shell I was given at birth, something I’ve taken for granted most of my life,” the beauty revealed her recipe for staying fresh.
“Thank you, Martina, for being my friend and currently my photographer,” added the model, who has been setting the trend for naturalness for a long time and, unlike her peers, has not resorted to Botox and plastic surgery, for which she is admired by her fans.
