Prof. Konstantinov gave 2 options for how the 49th NA will look because of the fate of one party PHOTOS

Excessive tension should not be created, as is always done before elections, the mathematician is emphatic

To what extent the fairness of the vote in the upcoming elections in our country is guaranteed, is the question that is increasingly being asked in the television studios. Traditionally, the answer is given by Prof. Mihail Konstantinov.

“There should be no unnecessary tension, as is always done before elections. We will manage as we have always managed. The results will be correctly reported,” assured the mathematician in the BNT studio.

“I think the most interesting thing will be the distribution between the parties. How the mandates are distributed by district has no bearing on the election result, simply because they are determined at the national level. The number that each party will win is absolutely independent of the mandates .And that should be clear.

Our system is extremely proportional at the national level and irrational at the regional level. Therefore, mathematically, there is no way to give the result proportionality at both national and regional level.

There will be four mandates in Sofia. The capital did not increase as much as we think and as is constantly being said. We have quite the wrong idea about numbers. There are 8 million and 200 thousand Bulgarians in the world and in Bulgaria – with 6 and a half million in Bulgaria. Outside the borders of the country there are 1 million and 700 thousand. That’s what the numbers show.

6 million and 600 thousand are the voters, and in Bulgaria they are 5 million and 200 thousand. These numbers determine the picture of the Bulgarian electoral body. Everything else is conspiracies,” Prof. Konstantinov is categorical.

“If the election administration takes care of its work correctly, there may be no need for lists. Theoretically, however, of course, manipulations can occur somewhere, but these are isolated cases, few in number, which do not affect the election result,” he added still the specialist.

When asked to what extent the so-called “dead souls” and “phantoms” influence the election result, Prof. Konstantinov replied: “In two places in our country you cannot vote. We simply hunt them! I personally have hunted about 20 times! I don’t believe it however, for everyone to rely so much on the so-called “dead souls” and “phantoms” is a mild conspiracy.

In the end, Stalin’s words turn out to be true – that it is not important who votes how, but who counts the results. It is valid until now.
