The Council of Ames has devised a plan job for the municipality, taking advantage of the European funds of the program Edusi with the aim of training 612 registered people to facilitate their access to the labor market. The fields of employment correspond to the administration and management, graphic arts, trade and marketing, building and civil works, complementary training, hospitality and tourism, IT and communications, personal image, image and sound, food and health industries sectors. For each sector, a very specific training plan is proposed with a minimum calendar of 50 hours of training (commercial) and a maximum of 450 (social and health care).
The core of The Milladoiro be a priority in the development of the program, aimed especially at youngwith particular attention to cases of training deficit; women; long-term unemployed people; older than 45 years; amien them with family responsibilities; people with disabilities or situations of social exclusion; and immigrants. The City Council has called a public tender to develop this program with a bidding budget of 160,000 euros. The project is planned for ten months, with 250 participants in the first quarter, 200 between the fourth and seventh month and the rest between the eighth and tenth month.
