Costa Rican international goalkeeper Keylor Navas has moved to Nottingham Forest, England, on loan, from Paris Saint-Germain, according to what his new team announced.

And in the ranks of the French capital club, the 36-year-old, who has played 110 international matches so far, won the local league title twice and was chosen as the best goalkeeper for the 2020-2021 season, before his role declined after contracting with Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Navas was with the Costa Rican national team at the end of last year in the World Cup in Qatar, where he and his teammates bid farewell to the finals from the group stage.

Navas was the third contract announced by Nottingham on the last day of the winter transfer window, which closed on Tuesday night, after midfielder Jonjo Shelvey from Newcastle and Brazilian defender Felipe from Atletico Madrid.
