Police ethics trial related to cases of alleged extramarital affairs to domestic violencedomestic violence) which is done by Bripka HK to his wife, IS, was again carried out. The Assembly imposed a dishonorable dismissal sanction (PTDH) against Bripka HK.
The news of PTDH’s sanction decision was confirmed by Bripka HK’s attorney, Teguh Satrio. The sanction for the dismissal of Bripka HK was decided in a code of ethics hearing which was held at Polda Metro Jaya today.
“Yes (it has been PTDH),” said Teguh Satrio when asked for confirmation detikcomTuesday (31/1/2023).
The same thing was conveyed by IS, the wife of Bripka HK. The IS party accepted the PDTH sanction decision against Bripka HK.
“The results of the hearing on the decision on the Polri code of conduct against Bripka HK today are PTDH,” said the lawyer for the wife of Bripka HK, Tris Haryanto, when contacted separately.
Tris said his client was grateful for the sanctions handed down by the ethics trial council. Because, he continued, the case that happened to his client could teach a lesson to other members of the National Police who also took similar actions.
“For this decision, my client is of course very grateful according to his expectations. With this PTDH decision, of course it can be a lesson for other members of the National Police not to do the same thing,” he explained.
Tris explained that previously Bripka HK had also been subject to a 4-year demotion sanction for reports of alleged affairs. Meanwhile the code of ethics trial with PTDH sanctions today was handed down by the assembly over the report on alleged psychic domestic violence committed by Bripka HK against his wife.
Bripka HK was given 3 days to appeal the decision. The wife of Bripka HK hopes that Polda Metro Jaya will not accept if Bripka HK submits an appeal.
“Bripka HK is given three days to appeal if he objects to the decision and 21 days is given time to submit his memory of appeal. My client’s hope is that the appeal will not be accepted because Bripka HK in this matter has tarnished the good name of the Polri institution itself,” he explained.
Bripka HK is a member of the Pondok Aren Police, South Tangerang (Tangsel) Police. Bripka HK was complained by his wife on accusations of an affair to domestic violence.
Previously, the Assembly of the National Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) imposed a 4-year demotion sanction against Bripka HK for alleged extramarital affairs.
“The decision at the KKEP trial is 4 years demotion and 1 year delay,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Endra Zulpan when asked for confirmation, Thursday (29/12/2022).
