The military of the Russian Federation launched a massive shelling against Kherson, as a result of which there were “many wounded and dead”. This was announced by the regional military administration in Telegram, reports Ukrinform.
“Kherson is under a massive attack by Russian artillery! The enemy is shelling residential areas of the city. At the moment, it is known about many victims: wounded and dead,” said the message of the Ukrainian authorities.
Residents of Kherson are urged to move to the nearest shelters or stay in their homes, and in no case go out into the street.
An air raid alert was earlier issued in the area.
