Gaétan Giraud, general manager of the Black shelter, shows us the technical sheet of a dish created using the software. It contains the exact shot of each product updated every 20 minutes. He therefore knows his margin in real time. When a dish is no longer profitable enough, it turns red and leaves the menu. Hundreds of bills each month that had to be analyzed to find out if the restaurant was making enough money, impossible to do every day. Being more profitable thanks to data is no longer reserved for CAC40 companies. In this Montpellier SME, we rent excavators and tools for construction sites. And here, too, have produced data. When a machine is rented, its departure time and destination are recorded. During a maintenance, the repair time and the parts used are noted.
