Two strangers broke into a delivery van belonging to a valuables transport company in Bern on Friday afternoon. They broke into suitcases of money and escaped with the loot, according to the Bern canton police.
The van, which was empty, was parked on Holenackerstrasse. The unknown perpetrators broke a side window of the vehicle and entered it. They then broke into suitcases of money and fled with the loot. Despite an immediate search, the two men are still on the run, according to the statement.
