At least 8 Israelis were killed and dozens injured, 3 of whom were in serious condition, this evening, Friday, in a shooting attack that took place near the “Nabi Jacob” settlement, north of occupied Jerusalem, according to various Hebrew media outlets.
One of the perpetrators of the operation was martyred, according to what the Israeli police announced, noting at the same time that it was looking for other “suspects”.

“The operation is very difficult,” Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported, quoting the Israeli police.

And various media outlets reported that the occupation planes were flying in the sky of northern occupied Jerusalem, while the shouts and takbeers were loud in the homes of the Palestinians in Jerusalem.
The Israeli occupation forces closed the roads leading to the “Nabi Jacob” settlement established on the lands of the town of Beit Hanina, north of occupied Jerusalem, after the shooting.
The operation comes one day after the Israeli aggression on the city of Jenin in the northern West Bank, which resulted in the death of 11 Palestinians, on Thursday.
