The XI edition of the Spirituality Forum organized by the UPL will be held tomorrow, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 January in Riojafrum and will be dedicated to “The joy of being”.
The Forum connects with the joy of being on a day-to-day basis, from very different perspectives. These perceptions will be provided by the five guests: the philosopher, Miguel Ibez; the psychologist Enrique Martínez Lozano; the humanist psychologist Joan Garrigas; the engineer Koldo Saratxaga; and the doctor Matilde de Torres.
On Saturday morning, the first presentation will be “From being to being being”, by Miguel Ibéz; then Enrique Martínez Lozano will do it with “Take care of joy, from difficulties to understanding”.
In the afternoon, Joan Garriga will speak on “Saying that is life. Love, order and joy in our relationships” and Koldo Saratxaga on “Daily spirituality”.
On Sunday, Matilde de Torres will offer “The plenitude available”, the last conference of the Forum, to give way later to a round table in which the five speakers of this edition will take part.
During the two days the Forum will have meditative practices directed by Ana María de Las Heras and Fernando Tobas. There will also be space for poetry, with the participation of Evelyn Pérez, María Goi and Laura Calatrava; and for music, with the performance of the singer and composer Maia Cataln.
