Chalyarpuzha becomes colorful by kayaking on Republic Day

A parade was held as part of the Republic Day celebrations in Chaliyarpuzha. The parade was carried on different types of kayaks and stand up paddles with the national flag flying. The kayaking parade was from Kolathara Jellyfish Water Sports Club to Farok Old Bridge. The event was organized by Jellyfish Water Sports Club.

About 40 people from different parts of the country participated in the kayaking parade. Kotthothika Kayaking Parade flagged off by Kaushik, founder of Jellyfish Water Sports. People from seven to eighty years of age participated in the parade. Cheruvannur Disaster Response Force volunteers also participated in the parade. Jellyfish Water Sports Managing Director Rinsi Iqbal, trainer Prasad Thumbani and Cheruvannur Disaster Response Force President K Udayakumar spoke.
