It is a lively, dynamic, very commercial district, which is home to many bars, restaurants and shops. The sector is pleasant, the inhabitants have all the amenities on site and it is pleasant to stroll and live there.
Another district and another atmosphere: Cimiez, close to the city center, but also to the hill. The area is residential and appreciated both for its calm and friendliness.
