Chairman of the Party NasDem It was stated that Surya Paloh was suddenly summoned by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) to the State Palace on Thursday (26/1) yesterday afternoon.

However, Sahroni admitted that he did not know what topics Paloh and Jokowi discussed when they met at the Palace. He said he did not participate in the meeting.
“I don’t know the topic, because I didn’t participate,” he said.
NasDem is still listed as one of the Jokowi government coalition parties to date.
However, lately the ministers from NasDem have been shaken by the issue of a cabinet reshuffle or reshuffle. This is because NasDem has declared Anies Baswedan as a 2024 presidential candidate. They are also exploring a coalition with Democrats and PKS.
PDIP DPP chairman Djarot Saiful Hidayat briefly highlighted the performance of ministers from NasDem, namely Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya Bakar and Minister of Agriculture Syahrul Yasin Limpo. According to him, the two ministers deserve to be replaced.
NasDem emphasized that they will remain loyal to support Jokowi’s government until 2024. They also stated that no party has the right to expel their minister from the cabinet, except for Jokowi’s decision.
