Pep Guardiola will clash tactics with Mikel Arteta in the fourth round Cup FOUR. Guardiola revealed Arteta’s services in his career.

The two top managers will lead their respective teams; Guardiola together Manchester City and Arteta with Arsenal. The two teams will meet at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday (28/1/2023) in the morning WIB.

Arteta was Guardiola’s assistant for three years at Man City before leaving to coach Arsenal in 2019. In the process, Arteta is now guiding Arsenal compete the Citizens particularly in the Premier League title race.

Arteta has revealed Guardiola’s impact on his success. However, Guardiola also feels Arteta has helped him become a better manager.

“He said he was eager to work together so he could help because he knows the Premier League very well, he knows all the managers,” he revealed Guardiola Of Stats Perform.

“I remember the first game, we played against Sunderland and against David Moyes. He said he knew Moyes well from Everton, he did this, did that and the whole strategy and everything. After 15 minutes, half an hour, I knew he was the one, someone who will help me.”

“If you can have someone who can anticipate and have knowledge of what going to Stoke City is like, going to every stadium, someone who has been there for years. So we started working together.”

“I don’t know what my role is for him, but the influence he has on me is great, huge and very important to become a better manager.” Guardiola add about Mikel Arteta.
