Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin defeated Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan with a score of 21-14, 21-17 in the last 16 of Indonesia Masters 2023.
A tight battle ensued between Leo/Daniel vs Ahsan/Hendra from the start of the first game. Leo/Daniel led 5-2 but Ahsan/Hendra turned 8-6 ahead.
The tight duel between the two partners also led to a narrow one-point lead, 11-10 for Ahsan/Hendra at the interval.
The important point in the first game match occurred at 12-12. Leo/Daniel were able to win five points through impressive performances. The score changed to 17-12.
Leo/Daniel then still made up a five point difference at 18-13. Leo’s smash, which Hendra couldn’t return, made the score change to 19-13.
