From 1200 on Tuesday to 1200 on Wednesday, 38.8 millimeters of precipitation was measured in Florida.
– There is a lot, but a long way from us sending out a danger warning from our side, says meteorologist on duty at Vervarslinga in Western Norway, Julie Solsvik Vågane.
The temperature on Wednesday is around eight degrees, which the meteorologist describes as quite mild.
– During the afternoon there will probably be a few showers, but there will be a lighter cloud cover eventually. During the evening it will be cooler.
Long periods of sun
Solsvik Vågane makes no secret of the fact that Thursday is the week’s winner weather-wise.
– It will be quite good. It looks like we may get a nice sunrise and long periods of sunshine throughout the day. Thursday will be a bright spot in this rainy season, she says.
In addition to dry cobblestones and sun, it will also be cooler this day with temperatures of between two and four degrees.
– Night to Friday it looks like there will be clear weather and cool air from the north. Night frosts may then occur.
Friday starts with lingering weather, but according to the meteorologist it will become cloudy in the evening.
– Then we get another round of rain and low clouds, so Thursday is our day this week.
– Typical January weather
This weekend, the gray weather is back where it belongs.
– Saturday will probably be characterized by rain showers, but Sunday will be quite wet throughout the day.
At the weekend, temperatures will also be higher again, and the weather will come from the west and south-west.
– But after the weekend the temperatures will drop again. It is typical January weather with a lot of change.
