Auvergne will be represented by two archers at the next European indoor shooting championship, which will take place in Samsun (Turkey), from February 13 to 18.
The French Archery Federation (FFTA) communicated on Tuesday a list of 18 selected archers in which we logically find Thomas Chirault, the Stadiste Clermontois who won the international tournament in Nîmes last weekend.
During this competition, the Archers Riomois club stood out through Léna Seychal, gold medalist in U15 and Arthur Gérardin, silver medalist, also in U15.

Two medals in U15 for the Riomois as well as places of honor among hopefuls, in U21, from Yanis Baudain (4th), Siham Er’Rahmouni (6th) and Guillemette Couet (9th).
So no podium for Siham but a great reward all the same since the young archer from Riom is selected for the first time with Les Bleues. She will be traveling to Turkey with the French record holder and Olympic selected Thomas Chirault.
