Department of Physical Education, Ministry of Tourism and Sports held the closing ceremony of the marching band contest Win the Royal Cup bestowed by King Vajiralongkorn Marching line type of the year 2023 at Supachalasai Stadium National Stadium, Pathumwan District, Bangkok on January 22, the past. It’s the final contest. by Suranaree Girl’s Marching Band, Suranaree Witthaya School, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, won the marching band contest in the marching category. Received the royal trophy for the year 2023
Dr. Niwat Limsuknirun Director General Department of Physical Education presides over the closing ceremony for the Royal Trophy Marching Band Contest which was honored by Ms. Lee Pikar Kamlangchai, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Cultural Promotion, Ms. Mongkolthip Rungngamruek, Director of the Institute of Cultural Studies together with the management of the Department of Physical Education and executives of the Department of Tourism President of the International Music and Marching Arts Association, Vice President of the International Marching Arts and Music Association and Director of Corporate Communications, MBK Jamhaad Public Company Limited also attended the closing ceremony. Including giving plaques of appreciation to sponsors, namely the Department of Cultural Promotion, MBK Public Company Limited, the International Music and Marching Arts Association. and the judges are Dr. Nipat Kanchanahut, Mr. Kasem Thipayamathakul, Asst.
In the final round, the marching band team won the marching band contest in the marching category. Received the royal trophy for the year 2023 as follows:
first prize Receiving the Royal Trophy of His Majesty King Ramathibodi Sri Sinthorn Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklao Chao Yu Hua with support funds of 80,000 baht, namely Suranaree Girl’s Marching Band, Suranaree Wittaya School, Nakhon Ratchasima Province
The 1st runner-up received a trophy from the Department of Physical Education. with a support fund of 60,000 baht, including the NCW Marchingband, Nong Chang Witthaya School, Uthai Thani Province
The 2nd runner-up received a trophy from the Department of Physical Education. with a support fund of 40,000 baht, including the Marching Band of Suksa Naree Witthaya School Suksa Naree Wittaya School, Bangkok
Outstanding Wind Instrument Award received a trophy from the Department of Physical Education with a 5,000-baht support fund: Suranaree Girl’s Marching Band, Suranaree Wittaya School, Nakhon Ratchasima Province
Outstanding Percussion Award received a trophy from the Department of Physical Education with a support fund of 5,000 baht, including the Marching Band of Suksa Naree Witthaya School Suksa Naree Wittaya School, Bangkok
Outstanding Performer Award received a trophy from the Department of Physical Education with a 5,000-baht support fund: Suranaree Girl’s Marching Band, Suranaree Wittaya School, Nakhon Ratchasima Province
Outstanding Staff Award received a trophy from the Department of Physical Education with a support fund of 5,000 baht, namely, the Marching Band of Suksa Naree Witthaya School Suksa Naree Wittaya School, Bangkok
People’s Favorite Award (Popular Vote) received a promotion fund of 10,000 baht, including the NCW MarchingBand Marching Band, Nong Chang Witthaya School, Uthai Thani Province.
