The problem with Schengen is not only political, but also criminal. The Dutch authorities have a recording of Sreten Jostic with one of our former prime ministers. Therefore, they doubt that we can be a reliable ally in guarding the external border of the European Union. This is what Mincho Spasov from NDSV said in the show “Face to Face” on BTV.

I support all the ideas that are still in the public domain for controlling the Attorney General. What should happen is that the civil quota in the SJC be “ventilated”, it should not be dependent on the prosecution. Because the role of the so-called a political quota is not to be political, but to “ventilate” the prosecutor’s office. Because the prosecution stinks right now. For this “ventilation” there is no need for any constitutional changes, it can be carried out by an ordinary National Assembly, said Spasov.

In response to a question about the war in Ukraine, he said that in his opinion we should help Ukraine with humanitarian aid, but we should treat Russia with fear and respect. Russia will not disappear from this world, it is 200 kilometers from us. Whatever happens, it will continue to be the country with the richest resources and will continue to be a factor in the Balkans. We must take this into account, he emphasized.

Sending the tanks to Ukraine is Putin’s mistake and Russia will have to pay for it, but this does not mean that we should go directly to the Atlantic Ocean, Mincho Spasov added.

Asked which parties he feels close to, he pointed out: “I feel close to all decent people from all decent parties. We would cooperate with any party that wants to reef the sails and keep the boat going.”
