Top up Mandiri electronic money balances or e-Money via Tokopedia error. A number of consumers complained about this on Twitter.
The e-money top up service is still problematic until now. One of the complaints was submitted by account @rubihmsyh on January 20.
“OH MY GOD, CAN’T IT TOP UP EMONEY AT ALL? Tokped, sopi, blibli. OK, do you have to go back again to make it difficult for yourself manually to Indomaret? There’s already NFC, top up on the marketplace and keep updating the balance, just stick it. This is complicated,” he wrote , quoted Monday (23/1/2023).
Another complaint was also submitted by the @Heyhowups account on January 21, 2023.
“Hello @TokopediaCare, why haven’t I been able to top up and check my e-money balance on Tokped for a long time?” he complained.
Regarding this, Tokopedia’s management opened their voices. In his statement, Head of Sales and Operation Development (Digital Goods) Tokopedia Jonathan Gilbert Tricahyo said that there were system problems.
“The e-money top-up service on the Tokopedia application platform cannot be used temporarily due to system constraints,” he said in a statement received detikcom.
Tokopedia continues to work to resolve this problem. They will immediately inform you if the service can be used again.
“Currently, we continue to work with strategic partners to resolve this matter and will immediately inform you when the service can be used again,” he continued.
Jonathan apologized for the inconvenience to Tokopedia users. “We apologize for the inconvenience caused and are grateful for the understanding of users,” he concluded.
