Federal Reserve officials have begun a blackout period ahead of the central bank’s January 31-February 1 meeting.
Fed regulations prohibit Fed officials from making public comments. Or give an interview during the Blackout Period about monetary policy. It starts the second Saturday before the Fed’s monetary policy meeting (FOMC) and ends the Thursday after the FOMC meeting.
The schedule for the 2023 Fed Blackout Period is as follows:-

Date 11-23 Mar.
22 Apr. – 4 May.
Date 3-15 Jun.
Date 15-27 Jul.
Date 9-21 Sep.
21 Oct.-2 Nov.
Date 2-14 Dec.
