Moza Al-Taghi.. 39 educational experiences in the educational field

Ras Al Khaimah: Hessa Saif

The educator, Moza Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Taghi Al-Nuaimi, began her educational career in 1974 as a teacher to memorize the Holy Qur’an during the summer vacation for students, and continued until 1983, while she was among the batches that were sent to Kuwait for university studies in 1975 and graduated in 1979 to work as a social worker in Al-Sabahiya School One year later, she was appointed director of Ras Al Khaimah Kindergarten until 1986, after which she completed her educational career, directing kindergartens, and completed 39 years in the educational field.

The retired mentor, Moza Al-Taghi Al-Nuaimi, said, “My educational career began in 1979, when I worked as a social worker at Al-Sabahiya Secondary School for Girls, and one year later I became the director of Ras Al-Khaimah Kindergarten for Boys, until 1983, during which I was assigned technical and administrative guidance for kindergartens in addition to my work as a kindergarten director. In 1986, she became a technical director for kindergartens until 2009, after which she was transferred to the Department of Educational Supervision for Kindergartens.

She added: I was dealing with several groups, including the child, the guardian, teachers, supervisors, and guards, and the bus supervisors were citizens, and some of them were football fans who taught children football techniques during leisure sessions.

And my career began in the Jamal Abdel Nasser Kindergarten in the Tanub district in Ras al-Khaimah, and then in the Al-Bayda School, and then we moved to the new building opposite the Arabian Gulf Corniche in 1981, and now it is the Driving Academy building, and I continued in the kindergarten until 1986.

Regarding the secondary stage, she said: “I finished high school in the academic year 1974-1975 at Al-Sabahiya School when it was located in the old Hind School, near Al-Bayda School, and we were only 6 students. , and Moza Al-Marri, among a large group from different Emirates, and she lived in Kuwait in the Al-Khalidiya area, where she majored in science, after which she moved to specialize in psychology and statistics, and graduated in 1979, and we received monthly salaries, about 75 dinars, up to a thousand dirhams, and a one-way ticket And a return.”

Al-Nuaimi added: “During my career, I won the Sheikh Khalifa Award for Teacher in 2000, and I won the Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Award for the Ideal Emirati Family, and organized the Olympiad of Excellence and Special Talent. As for the experience I gained from the educational field, it was social relations.”

The most prominent advice that I give to workers in the educational field is humility, dealing with a spirit of tolerance, and excusing the behavior of others. Every behavior has reasons that we must understand, and we must focus on the positives at the beginning and then refer to the negatives in a way of suggestions, and every person does not accept that someone points out to him a deficiency. And dealing with “zen” with people and smiling in their faces.
