Fatal victim in shooting in shopping center in Zwijndrecht | Interior

Two women, a mother and daughter, were shot on Saturday afternoon in the parking lot of the Hof van Holland shopping center in Zwijndrecht. One of them has died as a result, the police report Twitter.

The other woman was rushed to hospital, according to police. It is not clear whether the parking lot was busy when the shooting took place, a police spokesman said. The incident happened around 2 p.m. this afternoon.

According to the police, the possible reason for the incident is “a conflict in the relational sphere.” There is talk of one perpetrator, who fled by car.
