Attention, snow and major slowdowns on the A6 and A38 motorways in Côte-d’Or this Saturday morning

Slowdowns are underway this Saturday, January 21 due to snowfall, in the Auxois sector in Côte-d’Or. Snow plows are mobilized.

Be careful if you take the road this Saturday morning: snowfall is underway in Burgundy, especially on the A6 motorway north of Dijon. They cause a big slowdown in the Auxois sector, between Bierre-lès-Semur and the junction with the A38 in the Sombernon sector.

According to AutorouteInfo, motorists are faced with traffic “in accordion, over about thirty kilometers“. In places, the cars are completely stopped. Salting and snow removal operations are underway.

Note that another disturbance is in progress at the A6/A38 junction, on the access ramp to the A38 from the south. A truck is in an accident in the left lane. Cars can still pass by the right, but by slowing down.
