High noon. Today at 12.30 Juventus returns to the Court of Appeal of the Federcalcio for the judgment on the old capital gains. IN THE CASE – In the end, the 19 million 548 thousand 333.32 euros were never paid to him. According to the newspaper The Republic on newsstands today, now to get them back Cristiano Ronaldo would be ready to take legal action against Juventus. Formally the player had signed the waiver of those salaries, on regular forms. And he, he assures, never signed the private agreements to get that money back, with Juve. So how does he get them? On what basis? In the “supplementary writing” Paratici noted: “The agreements entered into … commit us to deliver to you the Supplementary Award Agreement re-transcribed on the federal forms not available to date by 07/31/2021”. The agreement transcribed on the federal forms, however, never reached CR7. Who can now consider using it as a card for legal action against the “defaulting” club. Supported, perhaps, by the minutes of a meeting of 20 September 2021 in which Agnelli “suggests not chasing him but waiting for him to raise the question if interested”.
