Will a specialist company restore the Rikus cross this year? Blacksmith Bruno Eikel (54) is concerned with this question. He is tasked with dismantling the sacred work of art. However, it is still not certain whether the damage to the cross will be repaired afterwards. Eikel would be happy about that: Because his father of the same name created the work about 60 years ago in collaboration with the artist Josef Rikus.
