Georgian Revaz Lordkipanidze was standing in his car in the parking lot of a complex when he was attacked by a man who got out of a car with a Bulgarian license plate. The incident took place on Sunday, January 15, in the “Yomra” district of Trabzon.

According to Sözcü newspaper, Lordkipanidze, 64, was shot in the head. Despite all efforts made at the hospital where he was taken, he died.

Police teams, who inspected the scene and the surrounding area, arrested two people.

There are reports that Revaz Lordkipanidze spent more than 15 years in prison for robberies and drug crimes.
