This is a surprising publication that Facebook users have seen. A man from the Port has published images of “shit” that he would sell for 50 euros.
This Wednesday morning, Internet users were able to read a rather special announcement on Facebook. A man from the Port posted a photo of “shit” followed by the message: “Vend choco 10g et 50 €”.
“Shit” is a name for the residual version of cannabis resin. This substance remains illegal in France and therefore cannot be sold, let alone on social networks.
Facebook’s Terms and Conditions and Policies state that ” classified ads may not promote the purchase or sale of drugs, drug paraphernalia, or prescription products ».
The penalty incurred for this publication would be “ 10 years in prison and a fine of €7,500,000 for importing, exporting, transporting, possessing, offering, selling and/or buying narcotics », according to article 222-38.
