Actor Vijay Antony injured during shooting. The accident happened on Monday in Malaysia. The accident happened during the shooting of the new film ‘Pichaikaran 2’. The boat that Vijay was traveling in went out of control and hit a big boat carrying a camera crew.
The incident took place while filming a fight scene on a boat in Malaysia’s Langkawi Island. After giving first aid, the actor was admitted to a private hospital in Kuala Lumpur. Director CS Amudan and producer Dhananjayan announced on Twitter that the actor is recovering well.

Pichaikaran 2 is Vijay Antony’s directorial debut. It is the sequel to the actor’s own superhit Pichaikaran. Pichaikaran 2 is composed and produced by Vijay himself along with the direction.
John Vijay, Harish Peradi, Y.G. Mahendran, Ajay Ghosh and Yogi Babu are the other stars of the film. Director Shashi directed the first part of the movie. The theme of the movie was that the millionaire hero lives as a beggar for 48 days as per his dying mother’s wish.
