Jerónimo Gil is in the news again, but this time because he offered an apology to the workers and owners of the premises where he was the protagonist of an act of violence that cost him his freedom.
After the actor had an altercation with the employees of a local in El Rosal on January 1, under the influence of alcohol, and then discharged a gun into the air, this Monday the actor ruled on what happened.
It should be noted that the Public Ministry issued an arrest warrant against the actor and was later captured by members of the CICPC.
Gil’s apologies extended not only to the owners of the premises, but also to his children, his mother and his relatives.

Officials of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (CICPC) arrested the actor after being a fugitive from justice since January 1.
According to a prosecutor’s report published by AlbertoNews, by order of the Public Ministry, the authorities began an arduous search, after collecting elements from interviews with witnesses who were in the nightclub, at the time that Gil maintained his behavior. violent.
From there they raided his residence and collected a series of evidence. According to the authorities’ report, in the vicinity of the premises located in El Rosal, they obtained 16 bullet shells.
Later, at the actor’s residence, they extracted another bullet shell that matched the 16 collected in El Rosal.

According to the Law for the Disarmament of Venezuela, in article 111 it specifies that: Any citizen who possesses a firearm without having the corresponding permit issued by the body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces with competence in matters of arms control, will be sentenced to imprisonment from four to seven years.
In the case of Gil, there would be an attenuate, since according to his lawyer Yuciralay Vera Leal, the actor turned himself in voluntarily and is sorry for everything that happened.
“He is deeply sorry, he is ashamed. He is willing to assume the responsibilities from the legal point of view as determined by the Public Ministry”, he said.
However, the Attorney General, Tarek William Saab, determined that Gil’s case “is typical of the mental disorder” that his personality has and classified him as a “common criminal.”
At the moment the actor remains detained for 45 days, while the investigation processes against him are carried out.
