Earlier in January came the surprising news that Lisa Rinna (59) gives up after a full eight seasons of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”.
Rinna was both loved and hated by the program’s loyal fans, and many had probably expected to see her again next season.

When she announced that she was done with the program, she was clear about her gratitude to Bravo (the production company, journ.anm.) and everyone who had been involved.
Now she further lifts the veil, and reveals unknown details about the dismissal.
– Unhealthy
Opposite the magazine Interview tells the star that she simply thinks the universe that accompanied the program has become unhealthy.
– I had a rough year, she says and elaborates:

– Something has entered the “Housewives” universe because of everything that is happening in the world, and it is reflected in the way the fans react to the program. I think it’s unhealthy. It didn’t work for me, it wasn’t right.
She also says that already after last season’s reunion episode, she told everyone in the production that she was finished.
Dramatic season
Last season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” was of the more dramatic kind – among other things, Rinna ended up in a brawl with Kathy Hilton (63) repeatedly.
– I hated it, says the 59-year-old.
Punished after new picture
Not only did she have to deal with several loud arguments with Hilton – Rinna was also in deep grief throughout the season.
At the very beginning, she lost her mother, Lois, who passed away aged 93. Lois had starred in “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” for several seasons before her passing.
