– The Kremlin seems to be getting ready for one ‘decisive strategic operation’ in Ukraine. This is reported by the leading American think tank Institute for the Study of War (ISW). The surgery was scheduled to take place over the next six months.
– The death toll in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro from a Russian missile attack on Saturday has risen to 40. The missile hit an apartment building, also injuring 73. 39 people were rescued from the rubble of the partially collapsed building, including thirteen children. The mayor of Dnipro said on Sunday that there little hope remains that any survivors will be found under the rubble.
