And the department stated, “The temperature on the coast ranges from 8 to 18 degrees, above the mountains from 3 to 10 degrees, in the interior from 5 to 9 degrees, and the surface winds: south to southwest, with a speed between 20 and 50 km / h, and the visibility: medium on the coast.” Bad on heights due to fog, relative humidity on the coast: between 45 and 70%.
