Los Angeles QB Justin Herbet completed 25 passes for 37 for 273 yards and two touchdowns to Keenan Allen. The Chargers converted 7-for-14 on third down and turned the ball over twice. Los Angeles dominated on the ground, by a margin of 205-59.
The Jacksonville Jaguars started the season with a 2-6 record under first-year head coach Doug Pederson and finished the regular season on a five-game winning streak to claim the South Division title. AFC. Trevor Lawrence’s second year in the pro season saw him grow under Pederson and he finished with 4,113 yards. On Saturday, he erased a six-point fourth-quarter lead for a 20-16 home win over Tennessee.
LB Josh Allen scored the game-winning touchdown for Jacksonville on a 37-yard fumble with just under three minutes left. Christian Kirk shredded a Tennessee secondary for 99 yards and 25 yards.
