Port Said – Tariq Al-Rifai:
Today, Saturday, the Port Said Criminal Court decided to refer the case papers of the student accused of killing her mother in cooperation with her child lover in Port Said Governorate to the Honorable Mufti and set the next February 18 session to pronounce the verdict.
The verdict was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Mr. Abdel Aziz, and the membership of the counselors: Ahmed Ali Genena, Imad Abu Al-Hassan Abdullah, and Ashraf Obaid Ali.
The accused – her mother’s murderer – wore black clothes in her first appearance inside the courtroom during her first trial session, and throughout the session she only uttered the word “yes” when the head of the Port Said Criminal Court confronted her with the accusation against her – in reference to her confession to committing the crime according to the referral decision that was read to her. .
Her mother’s killer distributed looks to the speakers inside the courtroom, but she did not have any other reaction, did not speak another word, or react to what was happening during the session, nor did she cry or show any emotion, especially during the prosecution’s case.
