Al-Marsad Newspaper: A spelling text caused the Arabic language exam, for the second year of middle school, in the Sahel Educational Administration in Egypt.
Some parents considered the spelling of Sheikh Al-Shaarawi offensive, especially since the school had Christian students.
Dr. Anwar Ibrahim, Director General of the Coastal Education Department, said that the matter will not go unnoticed, and the person responsible for the piece must be held accountable if the matter was deliberate, pointing to the opening of an urgent investigation into the incident.
He announced that the results of the investigation would be issued within hours, and he apologized to all Christians in the Sahel region of the Shubra Educational Administration, according to Cairo 24.
And the exam came under the title “Imam of the Preachers”: Imam Muhammad Metwally Al-Sha’rawi, the imam of the preachers and the most famous Muslim scholar in the modern era. With his knowledge because money perishes and knowledge remains.
