OVHcloud confirms its objectives and appoints a new financial director

(AOF) – OVHCloud, a specialist in cloud computing services, confirmed this Friday its objectives for the financial year which will end on August 31, 2023, after having recorded solid growth in its revenues for the first quarter. Over the period from September to November, the group achieved a turnover of 216 million euros, up 15.4% over one year. The quarterly sales of the group founded by Octave Klaba increased by 11.7% in organic data.

“This very good start to the year, the strong commitment of our employees and the very good fundamentals of the cloud market allow us to approach the year 2023 with a reaffirmed ambition, despite a still volatile macroeconomic environment”, added indicated Michel Paulin, the general manager of OVHcloud, quoted in a press release.

For the whole of the 2022-2023 financial year, the managers still anticipate an increase in sales of between 14% and 16% in organic data and an adjusted gross operating surplus (EBITDA) margin close to 39%.

OVHcloud has also announced the appointment of Stéphanie Besnier as Chief Financial Officer. The post had been vacant since the departure, at the end of last October, of Yann Leca.

Currently managing director of the State Participation Agency, Stéphanie Besnier will join OVHcloud during the first quarter of this year.
