There is a blood donation campaign for the woman who was hit on a pedestrian path in Plovdiv. Her close friend Lina Gergova announced this on social networks. The action will be on 13.01 from 08:00 to 14:00. Here is her appeal:
“Today the terrible thing happened. An exceptional person was hit by the irresponsible driving of a young man. Cruel and merciless. Friends, tomorrow from the morning/13.01.2023/ until 2 p.m. there will be a blood donation drive for Milena Petrova. You can get involved. The blood drive will be at Cave Road Surgeries. I believe her strength will prevail and she will survive, despite the pain. But she needs our help. Let’s all pray together that this extremely good man will smile again, one day! !Donate blood!!
The woman is in serious condition. The accident happened on 12.01 shortly after 7.30 am on “Maritsa Yug” boulevard, under the Gerdjika bridge. She was hit while crossing a pedestrian path. The driver of the car is 18 years old, with 6 months experience behind the wheel. His tests for alcohol and drug use were negative.
She is the deputy director of “Car Simeon the Great” SU.
