Chairman of the PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) Megawati Sukarnoputri mention the President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) it’s a shame without PDIP. Megawati’s statement received criticism from Jokowi volunteer.
Megawati said ‘poor Jokowi’ at the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of PDIP at JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, last Tuesday (10/1). Megawati initially mentioned the stunting program initiated by PDIP.

“The PDI Perjuangan is promoting the stunting program, sir, please give me a star anyway,” said Megawati, smiling.
Megawati then alluded to Jokowi and PDIP’s support. Megawati said the PDIP was escorting Jokowi legally and formally.
“Pak Jokowi is just being stupid, just in case. Well, yes, even though Pak Jokowi, if there is no PDI Perjuangan, it’s too bad,” said Megawati,
“It’s legal formally, he became president, he didn’t do this… formal legalism was followed by me, the rules, the rules of the game,” continued Megawati.
Megawati’s statement about ‘poor Jokowi’ has been widely discussed. PDIP through Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto explained Mega’s statement.
This statement was contained in the official PDIP upload on social media Twitter. Hasto explained Megawati’s statement that without PDIP Jokowi would be alone.
“According to him, this statement is a sign that the PDI Perjuangan will always support and be behind President Jokowi,” Hasto said in the upload, Thursday (12/1).
PDIP ensures that the party will always support Jokowi. The relationship between Megawati and Jokowi, according to PDIP, is confirmed to continue and even be intense.
“Hasto Kristiyanto also confirmed that the relationship between Megawati and President Jokowi will continue, even though Jokowi retires as President in 2024,” he said.
“Even Hasto also stated that the relationship between the two was very deep,” he said.
