Papuan governor Luke Enembe completed the initial examination in KPK as a suspect in the bribery and gratuity case of infrastructure projects. In front of investigators, Lukas Enembe admitted that he had a stroke.
“I am show the BAP. So the BAP contains eight questions,” said lawyer Lukas Enembe, Petrus Bala, at the KPK building, Jalan Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday (12/1/2023).
Lukas Enembe was examined for almost five hours, eight questions were asked by investigators. According to Petrus, his client had not been asked about the substance of the alleged bribery and gratuity case that ensnared Lukas Enembe. Investigators also questioned Lukas Enembe’s illness.
“First, are you in good health? His answer is ‘No, I’m currently having a stroke, very slowly,” explained Petrus.
Petrus added that KPK investigators had just discussed the personal data of Lukas Enembe. “There is no material (case). The material is work, education, parents, then position. Then have you ever been punished, there is no question ‘Have you ever met Lakka’ (Rijatono Lakka, Bribery of Lukas Enembe) Where? When? Where was the money? where? It doesn’t exist,” said Petrus.

Previously, Lukas Enembe had undergone questioning as a suspect in the bribery and gratuity case. Lukas Enembe was silent after undergoing an examination.
monitoring detikcom at the KPK Building, South Jakarta, Lukas Enembe left the examination room at around 21.45 WIB. He came out in a wheelchair.
No comments came out of Lukas Enembe’s mouth. He only walked away when questioned by journalists.
Lukas Enembe only said he was in good condition when asked about his health condition by journalists. He was then put into a car to immediately undergo detention at the KPK detention center.
