Starred message or starred messages is a feature to mark certain messages or conversations. To mark important messages, users only need to touch the message for a few seconds until an asterisk appears on header

When you want to see a message marked with an asterisk, all you have to do is touch the vertical three dot menu on the top right side. Then select the menu ‘starred messages’ or ‘starred messages’.
2. Pin the conversation
