With a team led by Annette Pospich and Manuel Lomb, Noerr assisted the redos group in the acquisition of the “Mariendorfer Damm” business center in Berlin. The property was acquired as part of an asset deal for the special FIA “Redos Retail Germany III” by Union Investment.
Completed in 2020, the business center features approximately 18,600 square feet of retail and office space. The anchor tenant with a long-term lease is a grocer.
Noerr works regularly for the Hamburg redos group with the Real Estate Investment Group managed by Annette Pospich, most recently on the purchase of a local supply center in Kerpen-Sindorf for the AIF special “Redos Retail Germany II”.
